Since 1926, our farm has supplied numerous chain food stores, food service supply companies and distribution warehoueses across Texas and Oklahoma. Annually, we process, package, sell and ship millions of eggs that eventually make their way to the kitchen table of countless families.

EGG NUTRITION
Egg protein is the standard by which other protein sources are measured. A large egg contains over 6 grams of protein and has only 4.5 grams of fat (7% of the daily value). Of one large egg's total fat content, only one-third is saturated fat and 2 grams are mono-unsaturated fat.
Just one egg has 13 esssential nutrients, including high-quality protein, choline, folate, iron and zinc.
